Can anyone share how they are remaining compliant with the temperature requirements in OR rooms?  I'm told that TJC is now looking more closely at whether or not hospitals are documenting when the OR's are being kept at temperatures lower than 68 degrees.  I assume that's most of them as our OR staff complains if we get over 66 or 67 degrees most of the time.  I believe TJC says we are supposed to have a Surgeon's document requesting the temperature to be lower than 68 degrees for each individual case.
