• Additional Associate Attendee – $500.00
• Associate Booth – $1,800.00
  Cost includes a standard 8' x 6' booth, pipe and drape as well as (1) attendee. Registration does not include your hotel room.
• Gold Event Sponsors – $1,500.00
  Event sponsors will have their logo present at all events.
• Golf - foursome - Friday September 5th – $600.00
  Foursome including cart and green fees
• Golf - individual - Friday September 5th – $150.00
  Individual golf to be paired with other individual golfers
• Health Care Attendee - No Housing – $500.00
• Health Care Full Attendee – $1,200.00
  Registration includes, hotel, food, beverages, educational classes and admission to the exhibit hall.
• Health Care Guest – $500.00
  This category is for an individual attending the event with a registered Healthcare member. Attendees cannot be a representative of a service provider.
• Non Member Associate Booth – $2,200.00
  Cost includes a standard 8' x 6' booth, pipe and drape as well as (1) attendee. Registration does not include your hotel room.
• Platinum Sponsors – $2,500.00
  The primary sponsor of the event will get signage at all events, on the giveaway, brochure and an aopportunity to speak at the closing reception.
• Silver Event Sponsors – $500.00
  Logo will be displayed in the exhibit hall
